Booking process

Our website offers a very easy and intuitive booking serving and allows you to make payments securely with Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal.

It is not possible to pay onsite or to the guide directly.  All bookings must be made through the website.

It is most likely that the payment was not completed and therefore the service is not confirmed.  You should make the reservation again and finish the process.  If you verify that they have charged the amount to your bank/PayPal, it is possible that you entered your email incorrectly.  In this case, write to us and we will help you to solve it.

It is currently necessary to pay the full amount at the time of booking.  It is possible to pay by credit card, debit card, Paypal account, or bank transfer.

The confirmation email is immediate once the payment is made.  If it does not arrive, there are two possible reasons:

  • That the payment has not been completed correctly. Check your bank account or PayPal.
  • That you didn’t write your email correctly. Write us an email and we will help you to resolve this as soon as possible.

Yes, but every tour has its own calendar.  Check availability and book ASAP.  In high season (summer months), the quotas are usually filled very early.

Our tours and activities offer a guide who speaks Spanish and English.  In any case, it is always indicated in the description of the activity.

On the right side of the page of each Instagram tour, you will find a calendar where you will see the dates on which it occurs.

Cancellations

The cancellation policy is indicated on each tour’s page.  If the cancellation is made outside of the timeframe and is due to serious or external reasons, contact us to try to resolve it.

If it rains, the tour will be cancelled, and an alternative date or payment refund will be offered.

If you have the right to cancel, the amount will be returned through the same method of payment in which the reservation was made.  It is an automatic operation that is impossible to modify due to security.

Private tours

There is no problem in booking the tour for less people, with the price being the same as that for the smallest group posted.

Sorry, but it is not possible to join a private tour, as booking this kind of private tour reserves this kind of tour to go alone.

Unless the hotels are very distant from each other, there is usually no problem.  However, it is best to ask us before booking.
